Managed IT and private AI

Second-sight IT for professional services firms.

AI agents handle the routine work across your whole technology stack. Senior engineers, each with more than 20 years in IT, stay responsible for every change. Everything we learn about your firm is written down and stays with you.

How the work gets done

Agents do the routine work. Senior engineers stay responsible.

Password resets, slow laptops, accounts for a new starter: our AI agents pick up everyday requests as they come in. They work from what we know about your firm, run only scripts we’ve approved, and keep the questions to a minimum. Your staff can approve the safe things themselves, like a restart. Anything with consequences goes to one of our senior engineers, who signs it off.

We trust agents the way you’d trust a new hire. They get real work early, someone reads behind them, and they get more responsibility as they prove themselves. Every action is logged, and you can see all of it.

The agents

Everyday requests, using only scripts we’ve approved.

Your staff

Approve the safe things themselves, like a restart.

Senior engineers

IT veterans, each with more than 20 years in the industry. They sign off anything with consequences.

What we look after

One team for the whole stack, working alongside yours

Managed IT

Devices, Microsoft 365, network, security, backups and the vendors you deal with. The agents watch all of it, so most problems are found and fixed before anyone has to report them.

AI in your own environment

A private AI workspace your staff sign in to with Microsoft 365. It answers from your own files and systems, in a chat and inside Word, Excel and Outlook, using only the models you approve.

Projects and automation

Migrations and new systems, plus the work that doesn’t look like IT: the quote that takes three days, the five spreadsheets tracking the same client, the drawing check that takes a senior engineer most of a day.

Your firm’s memory

How your environment is set up, why each decision was made, how a new starter gets onboarded. It’s written down, the agents keep it current, and it belongs to you.

Why it matters

Your IT shouldn’t forget you every time someone leaves

Most firms have been through two or three IT providers. The first year is good. Then the people who knew how your firm works move on, the new ones repeat old mistakes, and every request comes back with questions. The knowledge was never yours. It lived in someone else’s head.

We write it down and hand it to you. If you ever leave us, it goes with you.

How we start

Four steps, and nothing switched off early

  1. A conversation

We learn how your firm runs before we quote anything.

  2. We write down how your IT works

Systems, accounts, vendors and the decisions behind them. You keep it whether you go ahead or not.

  3. A careful changeover

We take over from your current provider in planned steps. Nothing gets switched off until its replacement is proven.

  4. Then it builds

The agents take on more of the routine work as they earn it, and the time that frees up goes into the work you’ve been putting off.

One monthly agreement covers managed IT and your AI workspace. Projects are scoped and quoted separately.

Before you sign with anyone

Ask us the hard questions

Anyone who wants to put AI agents in your firm should be able to answer these. We’ll answer them in the first meeting.

  • Where do the agents actually run, and what happens to the work when that machine restarts?
  • Where are the conversation logs kept, who can read them, and have they been checked for passwords?
  • What are the agents not allowed to do on their own?
  • When an agent says a change worked, what checks it independently?

Who we work with

Most providers keep what they learn about your firm. We write it down and hand it back.
